Big bottoms...science says it's a good thing.
From an article on Yahoo News: A type of fat that accumulates around the hips and bottom may actually offer some protection against diabetes, U.S. researchers said on Tuesday.
All I gotta say is, "Amen". I will most likely never be diabetic. All of us girls with nice, round, voluptuous bottoms should just stop trying to make them smaller!
But, you know, it also reminds me of that song by Spinal Tap...

For every feature we have there is an advantage and a disadvantage. The important thing is to focus on the positive, stay healthy and stay in shape.

What I think is good about having a little fat on you is that skeletal women are unpleasant to hug and hold and...well, you know!
And, my mantra is...fat isn't the enemy, sugar is!
Dr. Cooper of the Cooper Institute (he coined the term "aerobics" way back in the day) says -and has many studies to prove it- that you can have a less than perfect body fat percentage and still be healthy and fit. And I wholeheartedly agree.
If we would eat less sugar (it's the most aging substance you can put in your body) and move more, we all would be healthier overall and our risk for disease greatly reduced.

I see so many women attempting to get to the "teeny weeny" Erin Anderews tush at the gym. If you ask me, a small booty is a flat booty.
I don't recall Spinal Tap...I do recall Sir-Mix-A-Lot rap song "Baby Got Back"...
Make it a good one...
